Ajax Amsterdam - FC Groningen
For the first time in many years, FC Groningen was able to leave the capital without a loss. And it looked for a long time as if the final result would be a win were it not for an Ajax equalizer with seven minutes left on the clock. The newly signed swede Marcus Berg scored before and after the tea break. His first goal tied the game, after Ajax had gone ahaed on former FC Groningen striker Luis Suarez' goal early on in the first half. Dutch international Huntelaar was lucky enough to score on Goalkeeper van Loo to send the northerners home with just one point. The FC has four points after three games in the Eredivisie (1-1-1).
