The Panthers travel to Syracuse today to take on the Wawasee Warriors. The Warriors are 4-1 on the season with wins versues Westview (4-1), South Bend Riley (2-1), Mishawaka (13-1) and Loganpsort (3-0). The score against Culver Academies was not reported. Their loss came against West Noble (1-9). Wawasee has scored 23 times this year and almost a third of their goals have been scored by senior Carey (#14)with 8 goals so far. The Warriors are the Panthers' third NLC opponent this season. A win would level our record in conference. The Panthers had all players healthy at the beginning of last night's practice. Back up GK Trent Iwema suffered a knock in the last play of the 11v11 scrimmage and left the field under his own power with some bruising. The bus leaves at 3:45 from the pain palace. JV kicks off at 5, Varsity at 6:45. Wawasee plays on the football field (turf).
