After saturday's draw against VV Buitenpost, it was time to celebrate. The 1-1 draw was all that was needed after 't Fean 58 lost to SGV (5-0!). Grijpskerk now has gathered 4 more points then 't Fean 58 with only one game to go. This is also Grijpskerk's third championship in a row climbing their way to the First Division from the Fourth Division in three seasons. This will be the first time in the clubs history that they will compete in the First Division.
Another historic mark will be reached Wednesday when the red shirts travel to Harkemase Boys (currently in first place in the Amateur Premier League)for a spot in the semi finals of te Dutch Cup. This game is gravy already so the "smalruggen" can play freely and see where they end up.
Congratulations on a terrific season!
